Ho my god, it’s perfect Abs App!

I LOVE this app! I even paid for the level 2 & 3 workouts. The workouts are really good, & I do them after my crossfit workouts about 3 times a week. I NEVER had 1 problem with this app not working correctly. Some other reviews also complain about the calendar, I dont use the calendar in this app, I just use it to get my abbs burning!

There are not competition. P4P it’s the best since 2009!

Someone say there is too many Adv inside the App. But I think it’s ok, if you don’t want Adv you can pay for unlock the App.

I usually hesitate to gym.Because of busy work and because I did not want to go alone.i used app in free mode with adv for 2 weeks, after I see results and I decide to unlock for a reasonable price.

The app itself is really good, but the number of ads makes me lose focus and keep motivation!!

Awesome app but anything you click on turns into an advertisement. Really annoying. I use it every other day. I dont use the calendar because of privacy. But can be useful.

Too many ads which shows up and interrupts my training. So the trainings is not efficient at all it is waste of time.
